Data residency questions
Short answers to the questions we are asked most about where data is held.
Is DataSing’s AI hosted in New Zealand?
Yes. Clarivus products, whether managed by DataSing or deployed in your own Azure tenancy, and bespoke AI solutions all run in Azure New Zealand North. Your data never leaves New Zealand.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Data handled by DataSing’s AI, including Clarivus products and bespoke solutions, is never used to train models.
Where is a Snowflake platform hosted?
Snowflake platforms are hosted in Azure Australia East, so data on those platforms is held in Australia. Microsoft Fabric platforms are hosted in Azure New Zealand North.
